We strive to ensure a seamless and convenient shopping experience for our valued customers. We are pleased to offer free and fast delivery within a 40-kilometer radius around our warehouse location. This ensures that you receive your orders promptly and efficiently.

For deliveries beyond the 40-kilometer radius, we have implemented a transparent shipping fee structure to provide you with clarity and flexibility:

  • 40-100 kilometers: A flat rate of $80 will be applied to your order.
  • 100-200 kilometers: A flat rate of $150 will be charged for delivery.
  • 200-500 kilometers: For distances between 200 to 500 kilometers, a shipping fee of $200 will be added to your order total.
  • 500-1000 kilometers: Deliveries spanning from 500 to 1000 kilometers will incur a shipping fee of $350.

Please note that while we endeavor to maintain affordable shipping rates, in some cases, particularly for remote locations, additional shipping charges may apply. Furthermore, depending on the volume and nature of your order, we may need to optimize freight costs to ensure the most efficient delivery process.

In such instances, our dedicated customer service team will reach out to you promptly to discuss any necessary adjustments to the shipping fees. Our goal is to provide you with the best possible shipping options tailored to your specific needs and preferences.

For added convenience, we offer free pickups at our warehouse in Brisbane with address 8/55 commerce circuit, Yatala QLD  Queensland 4207, Australia. Should you prefer direct delivery to your address, we leverage our freight partners to secure competitive rates.

Should larger shipment freight costs cause dissatisfaction, kindly reach out to us, and we’ll endeavor to procure a more favorable freight quote based on your address and order specifics.

TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIMES

 

 

Order cut-off time is 4:00 PM Brisbane Time. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday), with transit times averaging 2-4 days (Monday to Friday).

For Brisbane and Gold Coast metropolitan areas, home delivery within 3 days is often achievable. Typically, our standard delivery window spans between 2 to 4 days, a benchmark we consistently strive to meet for all orders. However, in remote locations and depending on order volume, we may need to optimize freight costs by contacting customers.

MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

 

 

To ensure smooth delivery, we do not ship to multiple addresses within a single order. Feel free to place separate orders for different delivery locations.

 

 

WRONG ADDRESS

 

 

Take note that if an incorrect address is provided during checkout, you’re responsible for reshipping fees if the product is returned to us.

 

 

DELAYED DELIVERY
