Shipping policy

Delivery options and pricing are calculated at checkout using your delivery postcode.

Eligible metro areas across Brisbane, Sydney and the Gold Coast may receive local delivery within 1–2 business days. Availability, delivery time and pricing depend on your address and the selected warehouse location.

For addresses outside our local delivery areas, freight options and final delivery costs will be shown at checkout before payment. We work with trusted freight partners to provide available delivery options for regional and other locations.

Order processing and delivery

Orders are generally processed on business days. Local delivery is typically completed within 1–2 business days for eligible metro areas after order confirmation.

Freight delivery times for other areas may vary depending on your location, carrier availability and order size. If a delivery requires additional coordination, our team will contact you.

Pickup

Pickup may be available from selected warehouse locations. Available pickup options will be shown at checkout.

Delivery access

Before ordering, please check that the product can be delivered safely to your address. This includes doorway width, lifts, stairs, parking and any access restrictions.
