At ozydreams.com.au, we’re dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. Please review our refund policy below:

Returns Eligibility:
- We accept returns for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Please note that items requiring assembly must be disassembled and returned in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund under this guarantee.

Colour and Feature Checks:
- If you need to check the colour or features of your product, please do so in a manner that does not require assembly.

Refund Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@ozydreams.com.au with your order details and reason for return.
- Upon approval, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Mattress and Bedding Returns:
- Due to health and hygiene regulations, we can only accept pillows, mattresses, mattress toppers, and bed sheets returned in unopened and sealed packaging.

Wrong Product Delivered:
- Very occasionally, we may accidentally ship the wrong product to you. If you have received an incorrect product, please inform us within 3 days of delivery. We will offer to send you the correct product and arrange for the pick-up and return of the incorrectly shipped product at no cost to you.

Faults and Damages:
- If a product arrives and the packaging or the product itself is clearly and significantly damaged, please take photos or video showing the damage, refuse to accept the delivery, and contact us immediately.

Change of Mind Returns:
- If you are not totally satisfied for any reason or if you have changed your mind about your purchase you can choose to return your item for a refund of the original purchase price excluding original shipping fees (and return fees if the return is arranged by us). Please note that delivery costs for items purchased on a free shipping promotion will be deducted from your refund along with the return delivery cost if this has been arranged by us. A 10% restocking fee will also apply.

Cancellation Policy:
- If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled.
